Stabilize the terminal agent, ship a usable installation path, document supported model endpoints, and publish public documentation. Target availability: late June 2026.

Forge depth
Improve reliability, context handling, local-model setup, subscription auth, and documentation based on actual usage.
Research publication
Write and publish the Neural Substrate research clearly enough for technical review, without mixing it into the product roadmap.
Bastion direction
Continue OS, runtime, driver, and language research. Active development is currently paused pending a dedicated x86-64 workstation.
Sentinel beta
Define the initial Linux monitoring scope, build the rule engine, and test with external operators. Deferred pending a dedicated development laptop; Sentinel is not a near-term priority.
