Overview
Sentinel is a governance-oriented Linux monitoring project at an early prototype stage. Scope, surface, and architecture are being worked through; this page exists primarily as a placeholder for future status reporting once the prototype is meaningful enough to document.
Sentinel sits behind Forge and the Forge IDE in priority. With Forge publicly released and a dedicated development laptop now available, early Sentinel work is underway — at a slower cadence than the Forge tracks.

A dedicated development laptop is now available for Sentinel. Scope, surface, and architecture work has begun after being deferred pending hardware. Sentinel remains the lowest-priority active project in the portfolio; expect progress in occasional batches rather than a steady cadence.
